Here’s a quick run-down of how this works: Throughout the month any of us who have a poem ready for feedback will add the poem to the group workspace (previously a Google doc for each month, but this time we’re trying out a web app called Notion. You can create a free personal account here then @Tyler Rogness will share instructions below on how to join the Habitation workspace and participate. Note: DO NOT POST YOUR POEM IN THE FORUM THREAD BELOW because things tend to get lost in the comments back and forth here.)
Anyone who submits a poem for feedback should select at least 2-3 other poems and give feedback using the comments feature. (Feel free to give feedback even if you don’t submit a poem this month!) During our Zoom meeting we will break out into small groups, read our submitted poems aloud for further comment/feedback, and then gather as a large group again for a ten minute writing exercise based on a prompt/form supplied by this month’s leader.
The meeting will last for 1 1/2 hours.
